3,000 Rounds Per Minute! Deadly Fast US Military M134D Electric Powered Gatling Machine Gun!

Much like the world of cars and racing, guns come in all shapes, sizes and speeds! What would be the drag cars of guns, machine guns are the ideal choice for putting a lot of hot lead downrange in a short period of time. Among machine guns, the top fuel dragsters would be Gatling guns, and we think we might have found the baddest hombre in the lineup: the Dillon M134D electric six barreled Gatling gun!

Capable of firing a seemingly impossible three thousand rounds per minute, or 50 shots per second, the Dillon M134D can obliterate a target with a “hit rate” nine times higher than that of a conventional gas-fired machine gun. But that number doesn’t just come from a higher fire rate, there are a couple of other factors that make the Dillon so much more accurate. One factor in upping the accuracy is the spinning six barrel design, eliminating the back-and-forth motion of a single-barreled machine gun such as the M240. The reduced vibration makes it easier to control the gun as well, reducing wear and tear on the gun itself and the gunner at the controls. Another reason the Dillon is more accurate is that it’s mounted onto a solid surface instead of being handheld or stabilized by a soldier’s shoulder.
