A Go Kart That Will Outrun Most Cars in the 1/4 Mile… This Thing is FAST

Because most people tend to zero in on creating a bunch of power, it can be really easy to forget just how important saving weight is! When it comes to going as fast as you possibly can, there is definitely a lot of potential that ends up being left on the table every time that someone looking to go fast neglects to do whatever they can to shave off a couple of pounds from their ride. Fortunately, in this situation, these guys don’t really have to worry about all that as they’re almost as light as it gets. Inversely, all that they do have to worry about is throwing more power into the mix to beef things up a little bit and make this go karting experience even more of a blast.

These guys bring something different to the table when they roll up to the starting line at Santa Pod Raceway, trolling along in a go-kart that has some serious power and even what looks to be a little hit of nitrous to push this operation even further. It looks like one heck of a ride as the driver does a high-speed sprint toward the finish line as he tackles the quarter mile in 9.81-seconds and reaches 131 mph which is a complete blast to tune in and watch from this side of the screen.
