Awesome Powerful Trains Snow Plow Compilation

With much of the nation waking up this morning to the first snow of the year, we thought this would be an appropriate video to share. Check out this compilation of massive snow-clearing trains pummeling their way through the fluffy white stuff to make sure the rails are safe for travel.

While there is no info about where any of these trains are located, you can still enjoy the awesome footage of these plow trains sending massive plumes of snow flying as they do their job, making for some stellar footage and photo opportunities. These massive machines come in all shapes, sizes and designs; some of them use brute force to plow through he snow, some use a blower-style attachment and others use a rotary fan-style snow throwers. Regardless of style, they all do the job and clear off the railways so the railroad operators can maintain their tight schedule and keep things running smoothly.
