Cop Tells People They Better Speed Up When Merging!

If you’re anything like me, even though you probably have your own flaws when it comes to how you act behind the wheel on public roads, you probably have a tendency to get pretty mad at other people when they drive like what you think to be idiots. Sometimes, when you take a glance at what other people are up to behind the wheel, you really can’t help but wonder what the heck is going through her head, if anything, as they put themselves in incredibly bad positions, making life a little bit more dangerous for not only themselves but everybody else around them as they do some really bone-headed stuff.

Just when you thought it was only you who was yelling at these people who probably don’t belong behind the wheel, incredibly frustrated with exactly the way that they drive, out comes a police officer who feels the exact same way. In fact, I’m pretty sure that the way that we all feel about certain drivers is spread wide across the landscape and something that more people share in than you would probably think. Frankly, I can’t think of anybody who has an appreciation for bad drivers, at the end of the day.

If you follow along with the video below, you’ll get this police officer’s perspective on the proper way to use a merge lane. Believe it or not, for those of you who haven’t figured this out yet, it’s actually an area that you’re supposed to use to gain speed before entering the highway. Who would have ever thought that!?

All jokes aside, maybe some folks should take this opportunity to take a little bit closer look at some of their tendencies behind the wheel and possibly make a little bit of a change here and there to not only accommodate themselves a little bit more but also to make life a little bit safer for everybody else that is sharing the road with you.
