Dan Mcmillin Wipes Out and Flips in his Trophy Truck!

Despite the cheesy added sound effects, this is pretty solid footage of just how quickly things can go wrong in the world of off-road racing.

Dan McMillin was competing in a desert race in his badass trophy truck when a nice jump off the top of a dune landed off center and sent the truck for a tumble. According to the video’s caption on the Facebook page of fellow off-road racer Ballistic BJ Baldwin, McMillin was uninjured in the crash. You can also see just how well the truck is constructed, with the driver’s compartment holding up very well to the rollover.

These trucks are insane and the long-travel suspension usually allows them to absorb any bumps, regardless of size, as they streak across the desert. However, sometimes physics just has to take over and send a message that the rules aren’t to be broken, but your truck may be!
