If you’ve been around the web at all, you’ve probably seen some wacky videos and inventions with “Russia” tacked to them and this time, we have a Russian video that shows us a little of both!

As we’ve seen, Russians do things a little bit differently, and this three-wheeled ATV brings us more of the same as it doubles as an amphibious ride, as well!
