Action cameras have been catching clutch shots since their conception and this time, a conveniently placed camera catches a close call between a highway patrol officer and motorcycle rider.

When this rider decided to drive up beside the traffic to get ahead, it turns out that the police officer had the same idea and nearly caused an accident.

According to the uploader, they “both were within our legal rights though we bought could’ve done things differently to avoid [the situation].”
