We’ve all seen how interactions with the cops can take a turn for the worse, but sometimes the cop turns out to be really cool. The Street Outlaws guys found one of those cops!

When the 405 crew loaded up and headed to Memphis to take on JJ DaBoss and company, they had to get some testing done on the local streets to dial in the tune. While they were testing, this officer rolled up, slopped briefly to chat, then went on about his business. The caption on the video – posted on Murder Nova’s Facebook page – reads “If you do what I think you’re fixing to do, you’re going to jail.” but it seems unlikely that’s what he ACTUALLY said since Shawn made the test hit just seconds after he drove away, but we don’t know for sure.

All we do know is that the Murder Nova bumped in and made a pass, slipping and spinning noticeably through the whole eighth mile. With that data acquired, they made some adjustments to the tune, because there was much less spinning going on the night of the race!
