Skydiving Florida Santa Tries to Glide to the Beach, Suffers Tough Landing

Once December starts getting underway with a full head of steam, people are all over the place are trying to spread the joy and cheer as much as they can, getting in that Christmas or holiday spirit, whatever you prefer. No matter what your background, it really seems to be a time when everybody is just a little bit happier and trying to do well by others. This time, we check out a situation when a man dressed as Santa Clause would attempts to do his diligence in spreading that cheer but it wouldn’t and so pleasantly for him.

The idea here was that Santa would skydive his way down to the beach, delivering an “Elf on the Shelf” to a nine-year-old girl who is waiting below. However, as Santa made his descent, it just so happened that Jolly old St. Nick would end up taking quite a turn for the worse as this tropical Santa wouldn’t be able to avoid a tree down below, smashing straight into the seemingly movable object instead of the ideal option which would’ve been gliding down like a feather until he fell on the soft sand below that was so close yet so far in the situation.

If you follow along in the video below, you’ll be able see the action as somebody pulled out their phone to capture the entire sequence as it unfolded in just the wrong way. As fate would have it, this Santa would only suffer a broken leg which really is enough to knock you right on out of the holiday spirit but it definitely could’ve been a lot worse than it ended up being. You know what they say, no good deed to go unpunished these days but hopefully this slight setback won’t be enough to knock this guy out of his giving nature.
