In no situation is a 1500 hp Chevrolet Corvette boasting a pair of turbos for the faint of heart. This thing could scare the bejesus out of even one of the most well-versed car enthusiasts around.

This time, however, it’s not a hardcore enthusiast, but rather, the car owner’s mom who hopped on board and took a ride in the shotgun seat of this boosted freak of a car that promises more than its fair share of giddy moments.

Now, in a situation like this where the goal in mind is to get a rise out of mom and see her reaction, you would expect a look of fear to come across her face when the throttle is pushed to the floor. However, this time, mom handled it quite well, almost being welcoming of all1500 of the ponies under the hood to take her for a joyride.
