With the ways of the internet, it can be pretty easy to be desensitized and get lost in certain cars. With the videos being cranked out every day that show vehicles making over 1000 hp, it almost seems like something that has become quite commonplace in our minds. It almost seems like there are so many of them running around out there that it would be something as easy as throwing a turbo on a car and turning up the boost a little bit and maybe adding a little bit of fuel to support all that extra air.

While it might look like that for some cars, most of the time, in order to make that kind of serious horsepower, you’re going to have to invest a little bit of time, money, and elbow grease in order to reach the power numbers that dreams are made of! Making that much power certainly is something that’s worthy of bragging rights because let’s be honest, everybody wants to walk around saying that they have a car that makes four digits worth of horsepower, however, it’s definitely not as easy as it seems.
