Amazing Technology – The Biggest Shiplift in The World

When it comes time to achieve a rather impossible goal, humanity shows its awesomeness, constructing machines that surpass our wildest visions.

The Krasnoyarsk Dam in Russia was constructed in 1982 and with a 1500 ton displacement is the largest ship lift still standing, that is until the Three Gorges dam ship lift in China finishes construction.

It’s truly amazing to watch as this lift navigates dry land, lifting the occupants up to a tad over 341ft in the air and setting them back down on the other side.
