Street Outlaws "The Cutty" First Start With New LSX Set Up!
In the world of racing, drivers and teams bounce around between different setups, trying to figure out what works best for their particular application as they tweak and tune, throwing all kinds of different elements into the mix. One day, they’ll be rolling along with something that works great and the next day, the entire combination will be changed up in the name of going fast efficiently.
This time, we catch up with the Cutty as it looks like Andrade Jr. is up to something worth writing home about as he has popped a new LSX Power plant under the hood of the stellar Oldsmobile Cutlass that has definitely earned the title of fan favorite.
While the old power was also coming from an LSX based application, John tells us that this one has just a couple of more goodies like billet rods and a couple extra cubes of displacement that should make this monster even tougher to handle out in the streets or at whatever track you catch it at. Check out the video down below that shows off the new setup up close and lets you get a good look at that whirling turbo that’s going to be hurting some feelings at a street or track near you! We’re raring and ready to see what kind of damage this thing will do when the dust settles on racing season 2017!
