We’re told that “The vehicle was lowered into San Diego bay and transited under its own power to the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific) where it will continue undergoing its development. The Project is managed by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).”
