Chevrolet Corvette pulls a boat out of the water

Just when you thought that you needed a big and fancy tow rig to pull a boat out of the water, this guy came out of left field and shocked us all.

Instead of any kind of truck at all, he decided that the best method of pulling a boat out of the water would be to attach it to the back of his Chevrolet Corvette and throttle down to yank the vessel out of the drink.

The light, rear-wheel-drive sports car does surprisingly well as it takes on a load and pulls it out with flying colors, showing off its muscle on the rather steep boat ramp.

Check out the video below as the C5 Corvette goes to work and comes out on the other side, shining with flying colors. Who would have thought that a Corvette could be a tow rig?
