Ever since the departure of the Jeep Comanche in 1992, we haven’t seen a Jeep version of a pickup truck on the market. The Comanche certainly seems popular enough among gearheads but I guess that the numbers didn’t really support the overall goal which is always sales at the end of the day. However, many have been left to wonder why exactly the company just left the idea of a Jeep powered pickup truck to fall into oblivion for more than a quarter century, never picking back up at the beckon of those in support, even with the growing popularity of the pickup.

Apparently, every company has their breaking point with things like this, though, as it has been announced at this point that Jeep will, in fact, be bringing back the pickup truck design for the 2020 model year with the Jeep Gladiator.
