Flat Towing a Car with Nobody in it Will Always End in Failure

As my father has always said, if you have a job that needs to be done, having the right tools to accomplish the task at hand will always make it easier. As I’ve done various projects in life and many of them, I’ve found this statement to be one of the most useful that I put to work on a regular basis. However, for the person who was ready to pull this car to its destination, it looks like they skipped out on that one altogether, not only passing up on a trailer to move that car, but, while flat towing it, they didn’t even have anyone behind the wheel of the machine!

In this one, we watch as the car moves forward for a bit until it comes to a turn, at which point, we watch it completely rip the tailgate off of the rear of the Ford F-150 that was pulling it behind. I’m not sure what the person trying this one was thinking but there really wasn’t any other way that we saw this one going besides heading straight toward pure disaster. It’s kind of one of those situations where you realize that things are heading down the wrong path but you just can’t help but watch and see to witness just how bad it could possibly get when all is said and done.

Check out the video below to measure up the carnage for yourself that will probably have this guy thinking twice before trying some sort of shortcut towing method in the future. Ladies and gentlemen, this one goes to show you that, most of the time, those shortcuts probably aren’t the best way to use your time! Be sure to check out the crash and burn for yourself and tell us what you think of this towing fail.
