When you think of a brand like Hot Wheels, it’s kind of hard to deny the impact that it has had on automotive culture. I mean, in what other ways are kids able to appreciate and enjoy cars and trucks as they’re as young as only a couple of years old? Hot Wheels has really revolutionized not only how the automotive industry is brought to the attention of children at a fairly early age but also how children play with toys in general. It’s hard to deny that it hasn’t become only one of the cornerstones toys but also pop-culture as a whole. The folks behind Hot Wheels have really done a good job in cementing its place and culture.
However, as the kids who grew up on Hot Wheels would eventually get older, they might have left behind some of the crazy designs that really made their minds go wild when they were children outside of maybe having a couple of them sitting around in the office. However, with a “Where there’s a will there’s a way” mentality, some of the more creative people with some ingenuity would take these outlandish designs that could never be real and actually brought them into the real world as full-size functioning automobiles that are sure to do everything they possibly can to not only bring back that sweet sense of nostalgia but also to take your breath away.
If you follow along with the video below, you’ll be able to see some of the most iconic Hot Wheels designs that took automotive culture and threw a creative twist into it, showing off what made this brand one of the most iconic of all time. It’s pretty neat to see cars like the “Twin Mill” and “Deora II” come to life and fire up. It almost adds another dimension to the crazy and innovative features that encompass everything that we love about Hot Wheels.
