If you become a part of an accident, the smart and courteous thing to do would be to stop and make sure that the other driver is ok before exchanging information and getting the situation handled in a civilized way.

That simply wasn’t the case in this one as the driver of a Mercedes-Benz backed over a motorcycle rider in traffic for seemingly no reason at all before taking off into the distance!
