Illinois Repo Man Pays Off Elderly Couple’s Car After He Tows It
Having something repossessed is never fun. Sure, you can say that it’s a simple equation. You pay your bill and you don’t get your car repossessed. There’s not really much to it in terms of that situation that can be done in either direction to prohibit your car going away on the back of a tow truck. It’s an industry that’s kind of sad when you look at it but is really one that’s necessary because otherwise, how would people be able to lend out money? If you shell out the money, you need to have some sort of guarantee that you’re going to get paid back and if they don’t pay you back the only thing left to do is take back the items that they used the money for to become whole again.
However, as you go through life and gain more experience, you’ll realize that there’s a lot more to it than the simple fact that you need to pay your car note. I think that it’s easy to realize that reality shapes itself in that way that most of the time, people won’t care about your problems but when you really break down human nature and the way that people act around each other, there is a lot of stuff going on in peoples’ lives that you might just not realize. Some of these things are hard to handle and at times, they are things are beyond your control entirely.

When this repo man was tasked with the job of repossessing a car from an older couple who could no longer pay the bill due to raising the medical expenses, he decided that in this one situation, he would do something that is really restoring our faith in humanity when he decided that he’d take it upon himself to put together a crowdfunded effort to put the car back in the garage of these people and maybe, in the process, raise a little bit more money to help them out. The older couple says that it’s essentially like hitting the lotto and it can’t help but warm your heart and want to go do some good for somebody else.
