Lawsuit: Mall security guard pulls gun on man for running over traffic cones

Sometimes, you just have to look at a situation and scratch your head because it really doesn’t make sense any way that you slice it.

While most of the time, you can see the other person’s point of view, even if you disagree with it, this is about as clean-cut as it gets in favor of the guy in the car.

Apparently, this guy ran over a traffic cone and that was enough for the mall security guard to detain him and point his weapon at the car, ready to shoot at any moment.

If this isn’t the biggest abuse of perceived power that doesn’t even actually exist, we aren’t really sure what is. The pot just simply boiled over even further when the guard’s superior came over and attempted to force the driver out of his car.

Since this time, the driver of the car has filed a civil lawsuit against the mall and we have absolutely no doubt in our mind that he will win it.
