NASTY Twin Turbo Corvette Z06 Tears Up the Dragstrip

This C6 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 is most definitely built to impress! Our friends at That Racing Channel caught up with this sweet ride while it was doing a few shakedown passes!

On 15psi of boost, the car was testing eighth mile passes and already is quite impressive, even when it isn’t maxed out.

In this one it mustered a 5.4-second eighth mile and 8.5-second quarter mile. The crew says we should be seeing 7s out of the car in no time when it’s turned up!

Check out the video below of the killer Corvette tearing down the drag strip in a hurry. The twin turbo system on this thing looks to be working well to compliment the grumbling v8, it doesn’t sound half bad either.
