When it comes to picking out a vehicle to modify that will slice and dice the competition around the corners, a Chevrolet Apache probably isn’t the first thing that you would look to.

When this guy decided that he needed something to replace his daily driver Toyota pickup truck, he would sell it and pick up this bowtie. From there, the games would begin.

With the help of a carbureted 383 small block, and some key suspension work, owner, Wes Drelleshak would have himself a creation far from what rolled off of the assembly line back in 1959.
