V12 Solenoid Motor – Top Speed – HD

The wild world of hobby engine building has made leaps and bounds to the point where folks are doing some pretty extreme things with miniature engine technology.

This guy built a solenoid powered miniature v12 from the comfort of his own home. The mini engine can be operated as either a two stroke or a four stroke and uses some unique parts in its construction. For example, the flywheel is as simple as using an old drill chuck!

Check out the build in the video below as the engine cranks to nearly 2700rpm. We want to see some dyno numbers out of this bad boy!
