Ever since the Hellcat clad Mopars came out, there has been a rat race to claim the position of the fastest and be the first to do just about everything.

This time, we check out a rather substantial milestone as this particular Dodge Charger Hellcat marks the first to ever be sunk into the single digits!

That’s right, with just a few simple modifications like a set of pulleys and a gear swap, High Horse Performance and owner, Linda, were able to punch this beast into the 9s!
