Sweepstakes & Entries

How is the winner selected?

After each sweepstakes ends, all the entries are sent to the largest 3rd party sweepstakes agency in the U.S. based out of New York. After 5 business days, they draw a winner at random, then provide us the winner for the live Facebook announcement event which is streamed to over 8 million people, we call the winner live on-air for the whole world to watch.

Who is eligible to enter?

For our Giveaways, legal current residents from all 50 states and Canadian provinces (excluding Quebec) are eligible to enter! (You must be of legal age in your respective state).

When is the Winner Announced?

The winner is announced Live on Facebook (5-7) business days after the ending date of each sweepstakes. We live-stream the entire winner announcement for all entrants and fans to watch real-time as we reveal the name and call the winner directly.

How will I be notified if I win?

We announce winners live on facebook. If you are selected as the winner we will contact you by phone, text and email. If we do not hear back from you within 72 hours then we move to an alternate winner. So make sure to keep a close eye on your phone and email.

Where do I see my entries?

To see your total entries login to your account and you will see a tally of your total entries. If you visit the receipt page for an order you can view the number of entries received for that order.

I was sent a link by someone posing as Speed Society?

It's likely a scam! Please report them and send us a link to the page that tried to scam you so we can report them as well. If the page does not have a blue checkmark it is not the real Speed Society, we will never reach out to you to tell you that you won we call the winners on live.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

How Do I File a Claim for my Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Order?

If you insured your order with Route at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a shipping issue. 

You can also file a shipping issue on Route’s app or via the web here. To file a claim, you will need your store order number OR Route ID number and the email address that was attached to the order.

How Does Route Work?

If your Route-protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.  

What if My Order Arrives Damaged?

Route covers damage as well! To protect your order against damage that occurred during shipping, add Route Protect at checkout. 

If your order has arrived to you damaged, please take photos of the item and the packaging it arrived in to include in your claim when filing.

If your order has defects or you suspect it was damaged during manufacturing, please reach out to us and we will be happy to work with you to remedy the situation.

What if My Order Never Arrives or is Stolen?

Route definitely helps cover these instances! To protect your order against loss or theft, add Green Package Protection at checkout.

How can I exchange a product?

Just use the contact form and be sure to include your order number and name and instructions for the exchange.

Where are your products made?

The majority of Speed Society products are made in the USA. We have found manufacturing in the United States provides us with the quality we demand for our customers and the speed to deliver to you in a timely manner. If you are concerned about where tax dollars are going and keeping it within the USA rest assured we support our country.
