5 Creepy Real Life Ghost Ships!

When you hear the term ghost ship, you may think of the horror movie of the same name that was released a few years ago, or some creepy story you’ve been told over the years about a ghostly vessel found in some faraway sea. However, these five stories about ghost ships – the term given to a ship that’s found afloat with no crew on board – are not only real, but they’re downright eerie.

Each of these craft, most of them found in surprisingly recent years, leave behind more questions than answers, often found with food and supplies aplenty and no explanation about why the living aboard have vanished. From pirates to the Bermuda Triangle, there are endless theories, but in reality, there are no firm answers as to what would cause the crew to all abandon these ships for no obvious reason.
