Losing your steering at the end of the track is a spooky feeling

Among the factors that come into play while drag racing, steering might be one of the most important because those walls are mighty close. No brainer, right?

When the driver behind the wheel of this big tire Chevrolet Camaro rocketed his way to a brand a new personal best, he just so happened to lose his steering at the finish line. If you want to talk about your heart jumping from your chest, this is it!

That had to be the most gut wrenching feeling in the world as he was moving at an incredibly high rate of speed and all of a sudden, couldn’t keep the car going straight.

The driver most definitely could not slow down in time as the car would veer straight for the metal guardrail at the end of the track, causing some big-time carnage.

The driver doesn’t appear to have been injured in the process, but we are wishing him the best in getting his hot rod back together. Seeing someone’s car get hurt is always disheartening.
